Q. When will my order arrive?
A. If you are inside the United States the normal shipping time is anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks. Canadian residents should allow 2-4 weeks.

A. We accept Visa and Mastercard or checks/money orders (mail). If you are uncomfortable with our secure online ordering system, select 'Fax, check or money order' from the payment methods pull down menu on the checkout page. You can then fax or mail the order form to us. All funds are in US dollars
Q. How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

Q. Are these the same software products sold in retail stores?
A. The products listed on our site consist of publisher overstock or products we have replication rights for. To make all of the product consistent for shipment, we remove all excess packaging (recycling it where possible) and insert the CD in an environmentally friendly protective sleeve.
All of the products we offer have the documentation on disc (not printed) and have been compatibility tested with windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, and XP. Check each title individually for compatibility information.

If you are having trouble with your software not loading when you place it in the CD-ROM drive, try the following steps to resolve the problem:
- Close all other programs on your desktop
- Double click the "My computer" icon on your desktop
- In the "My computer" windows, double click the CD-ROM drive icon
- In the CD-ROM drive window, find and double click on the "Setup.exe" or "Install.exe" icon (It will look like a computer with disks and a drive next to it)
- Follow the on screen instructions for each product
